Pelikan M400

Friends,
I'm a user of fountain pens and not a collector per se. But on the way to perfect combinations you sometimes have to try different pens.
At work, as a doctor, I use a Parker 51 for taking notes, and a Pelikan M200 with a Richard Binder italic nib for signing documents.
For fine writing at home I use a Sailor Professional Gear Realo or a Parker Vacumatic 1946.
In my shirt-pocket I used to carry a couple of Sailor Sapporos but now I have changed it to a Pelikan M200 F. Now I have planned to upgrade my shirt-pocket pen to a M400.
I have no extreme requirements, but...
I. I would like to buy a M400 green striped with a smooth F or EF nib
II. Brassing or signs of normal wear and aging is no problem as long it is a good writer.
III. I do transactions through PayPal.
IV. To avoid problems with custom control I would prefer to buy within the EU.
Please let me know if you could meet my requests.
Best Regards:
