Who knows what's 35 A 403 ink ?...

Who can PLEASE help me to identify this type of ink (can't find it !)...

Hello,
endorsing ink is not an ink for fountain pens, or dip pens at all. This is a pigment to
color ink filled pads for "inking stamps".
Here is a picture as an example for a stamp pad:

Geometry Dash Lite Unfortunately, Pelikan has discontinued many of its archival office inks over the years, and the 35 A 403 line is no longer part of their modern catalog.
