I want to apologize again for my English.
Below name of the ink are pictures and scans of the ink. Pictures are on left and scans are on right.
I have to admit that those galleries is job half-done - when I started KWZ Ink as company i thought that it need content, especially list of all inks with swabs as fast as possible. I made photos and scans of swabs with little knowing of things like white-balance, color-schemes, different types of compression for graphic formats and etc. I wanted to upload both scans and photos to show ink color in relatively large spectrum - camera tends to give shade of ink a bit better while scanners give better idea about real saturation of ink (this is because on scans paper sheet is almost always white, while on pictures background is often a bit gray), but scanners tends to distort color of the ink.
I uploaded the swabs on website and soon realized that this is a bit pointless because this do not look like it should. After that I started to work on improving my workshop for digitalization of ink colors, experimented a bit with different solutions, bought myself new camera, lot of different equipment for lighting and etc. and now it looks a lot better than on beginning.
I made text samples of all standard inks and took pictures of them - now I'm working on Iron Gall inks - the harder thing to catch properly. When I will have all the text samples ready I will remove all pictures from the site and upload new.
Although in truth that the best opinion about the color you can get when you simply try a sample in your pen, on your paper
