Dmitry Volkov


Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an entrepreneur and scholar. He established Social Discovery Group, an international digital organization with central office in Malta, and co-owns Dating Group.



In 2016, he established the SDG Arts Foundation.



He possesses a PhD in philosophical theory and helped create the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Scholarly Department of Moscow State University.
