Danish Montblanc 25 faceted, 1944 - 1949
I have been searching for three years for a Danish Montblanc 25 with the high clip. The 25 faceted series has two models - a 'low clip' and a 'high clip'. I would like to add the high clip to my collection of Danish fountain pens. In three years I have uncovered about 5 of these but no collector was interested in selling. Assistance in locating one in good condition or restorable would be appreciated.

Oh, this is a great pen. I once saw her or a similar one at a tiny auction. Unfortunately, I wasn't interested in such things at the time.

I inherited one such pen from my grandfather. Honestly, it's hard to find a pen like this for sale. And if someone owns it, they won't want to sell it. I would not sell it eithermlrreynolds wrote: ↑June 8th, 2022, 3:56 pmI have been searching for three years for a Danish Montblanc 25 with the high clip. I recommend checking online auction sites, such as eBay, to see if any sellers have the pen you are looking for. You can also try searching online marketplaces that specialize in vintage fountain pens, such as Pen Chalet or The Pen Market.

Have you considered checking out auctions on Christie's? They often feature a diverse range of collectibles, including vintage pens. It might be worth keeping an eye on upcoming auctions or reaching out to sellers specializing in fine writing instruments. Best of luck with your search!mlrreynolds wrote: ↑June 8th, 2022, 3:56 pmI have been searching for three years for a Danish Montblanc 25 with the high clip. Participate in online pen collector forums, such as the Fountain Pen Network (FPN) or Reddit's Fountain Pens subreddit. These communities often have collectors who are knowledgeable and may be willing to sell or trade pens.
