I have a 100N which needs a new clip and an overhaul.
Do you know a reliable repairment/spare service in Europe?

I think that the best people to repair your pen are at Pelikan! They would do everything they can to make your 100N like new. On the penexchange-homepage go to the www.pelikan.de - link on top-right of the page, choose english and "contact", again "contact" and write a little mail to Nicole Jathe from the consumerservice. She will tell you exactly what to do, how to get it and how much it costs.
