Hi,
I just cleaned my Pelikan M200, so this is how I did it. After unscrewing the nib, I poured water into the barrel of the pen to rinse it out. To remove the ink from the inside of the grip of the pen, I filled the barrel with water and screwed up the plunger. Then, I put my finger over the rim of the section. Then I screwed down the plunger to create the vacuum. Then I poured out the inky water and did this several times until the grip was clean. In the back of the feed, there is a deep hole that is just under the feed channels. To clean that, I would recommend a syringe. That hole collects ink which will not come out unless you tap the nib unit on your hand. Use a tissue to wick out any ink that get between the metal collar and the plastic collar.
