I once saw a set of Ruling Pens made by this manufacturer on display with a sign board stating NOT FOR SALE, DISPLAY ONLY. Even so, I could not help noticing the very fine craftsmanship of these instruments. I just wondered if they ever make fountain pens too. Just as rotring did along with its main line of drawing instruments. Any info on this would be welcome.
